The Non-Comprehensive contract period shall include only the services rendered in terms of cost of labour whereby repairs shall be carried out free of cost and there shall be free three preventive maintenance visits of the machine or on call basis as and when required. All spares parts used/ replaced if found damage/defective/or to be replaced for any reason whatsoever shall be charged extra at the prevailing rate.
If the machine is rendered Non-operational because of due to accident, negligence, use improper cartridge or refills, misuse or act of nature the company reserves the right to charge the customer for repairs thereof in case of comprehensive contract. Free coverage for the following services ( Spares at actual if used)
The Comprehensive contract shall offer Two free services and carry our repairs free as and when required. The company reserves the right to carry out at its discretion, repairs and / or replacement as the case may be of all spare parts except,. Plastics, rubber parts, monitor EHT, in case of any major repairs are to be carried out the equipment shall be carried to company’s workshop. The Company is not liable to repair burnt or damage / physically damaged parts.
