Networking and cabling related issues such as loss of Network or connectors ( BNC / Power) ,Formatting and reloading all software’s .
Upkeep of Video Distributor, Switcher and Remote sensor for Virtual existence .
Resolving all Operating System software problems , Resolving all connectivity problems
Two times cleaning on prior call and appointment basis and Preventive Maintenance on site
Handling all queries on CCTV and set up related issues from time to time.
The Non-Comprehensive contract period shall include only the services rendered in terms of cost of labor whereby repairs shall be carried out free of cost and there shall be free.
Two preventive maintenance visits of the machine or on call basis as and when required.
All spares parts used/ replaced if found damage/defective/or to be replaced for any reason whatsoever shall be charged extra at the prevailing rate.
If the machine is rendered Non-operational because of due to accident, negligence, Burnt parts, misuse or act of nature the company reserves the right to charge the customer for repairs thereof.
